ABOUT THE OP SHOP.
Tony’s Community Op Shop is a 100% volunteer-run charity shop based in Rockville, Toowoomba, dedicated to supporting our local community in a practical and meaningful way.
Located at 228–232 North Street, the Op Shop is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering a wide range of affordable items including clothing, furniture, household goods, and bric-a-brac, with many items priced under $5. From everyday essentials to unique finds, the shop provides accessible options for individuals and families looking to stretch their budget.
More than just a place to shop, the Op Shop plays a vital role in funding the work of Tony’s Community Kitchen. Every purchase directly contributes to providing free, cooked meals 7 nights a week, as well as food hampers, laundry and shower facilities for those experiencing hardship across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
Built on the values of community support and sustainability, Tony’s Community Op Shop gives donated goods a second life while helping ensure that no one in our community goes without support when they need it most.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY 9am - 2pm
I'D LIKE TO VOLUNTEER
Rock up to the Op Shop during our opening hours. Talk with the volunteers on the front counter and we will put you to work. Stay as long as you'd like, make a friend or two and do some work helping our community.
Volunteering jobs may include: cleaning, folding, sorting or organising. All help appreciated.
WHERE CAN I DONATE
You can drop off your donations to Bay 3 at our North St location.
9am-2pm every day we are open.
WHAT CAN I DONATE
You can donate everything from clothes, homewares, electrical goods, toys, furniture, shoes and other household goods! Our community has many needs. Please make sure your donations are still in good working order or of a good quality. We appreciate your support!
I HAVE A LARGE ITEM TO DONATE
Yes! We have the equipment to collect your donation from your home or office. Please use the contact form found on this page to submit your collection request and we will be in contact.
